We are deliberately precise about which part is whose. The manufacturer authorisation, product warranty and factory-backed after-sales sit with Amoori. The specification review, pricing, import, customs clearance and delivery to your site sit with us. Crossworld Trading is not itself the manufacturers' authorised reseller, and does not claim to be — you get the whole chain named so you can verify it.
That precision matters most on fire-rated cable. A cable marked to a standard and a cable certified to it by a recognised body are not the same product, and the difference surfaces at inspection — or at a fire. If we cannot supply to the specification you were given, we will say so rather than offer an equivalent and let your consultant find out later.
