Services

Six things, done properly. Most clients take a plan that bundles several of them into one fixed monthly fee — but each stands on its own if that is all you need.

Who we work with

Built around four kinds of business.

Not because we turn anyone else away, but because these are the situations we see most and know best.

Contractors & consultants

One-person limited companies where the whole question is how to take money out efficiently and stay on the right side of the rules.

Owner-managed companies

Trading businesses with staff, stock or subcontractors, where payroll, VAT and cash flow all need to run at once.

Start-ups & first-timers

People in their first year of trading who need the structure set up correctly and the tax bill explained before it arrives.

Landlords & property

Rental portfolios held personally or through a company, where the structure decision drives most of the tax outcome.

Software

We work in the tools you already use.

If you are already on Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent, nothing has to change. If you are starting from spreadsheets or a shoebox, we will set you up on whichever fits how you invoice and get paid — and the licence is usually included in your plan.

Making Tax Digital is progressively removing the option of keeping records on paper, so getting this right early saves a scramble later.

Xero

Our default recommendation for most trading companies. Strong bank feeds, good app ecosystem, and reporting that holds up when you have staff and stock.

QuickBooks

Often the better value option for smaller businesses and sole traders, with solid mobile receipt capture and MTD filing built in.

FreeAgent

Well suited to contractors and single-director companies. Free with some business bank accounts, which can make it the obvious choice.

Dext, Hubdoc and receipt capture

Photograph a receipt, and it lands in your books coded correctly. This is the single biggest reduction in admin most clients experience.

Next step

Find out what it would cost. It takes two minutes.

Answer a few questions about your business and get a fixed monthly quote back — or book a call and talk it through first.
