Nobody writes that in a brochure, so we will.
Staging, rigging, LED walls, audio, lighting desks, exhibition stands, vehicles, branded stock — on any event of scale most of it arrives from outside the Kingdom. It has to clear customs, reach a venue inside a delivery window measured in hours, and very often leave again afterwards under temporary admission.
A conference can slip a week. A race weekend, a festival date or a national day cannot. When equipment is stuck at a port on the Wednesday, there is no version of the plan where the event still happens properly on the Friday.
We run freight forwarding and customs brokerage out of Jeddah. So on our events the import, the clearance, the transport to venue and the re-export are ours — not a third party the production company is chasing by phone.

We would rather tell you that than have you find out. It is a related-party arrangement, and it is the reason the two businesses work together as closely as they do — shared people rather than a supplier picked from a list.
What it means in practice: if you are running a competitive tender and a related-party supplier is a problem for your governance, say so at the outset and we will tell you honestly whether we should be bidding. We would rather lose a tender than cause you a procurement question later.
