Crossworld Entertainment — a division of Crossworld Freighters LLC
Capability group 01

From a stand at someone else's exhibition to a season of your own.

Conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, sporting events and public seasons — planned, built and run. Take the whole thing or the piece you are missing.

Scope

What we take on.

Every one of these has been delivered standalone as well as part of a full event. Nothing here requires you to buy the rest.

01

Event Planning & Coordination

Concept through to strike. Running order, budget, supplier selection, contingency and the critical path — the last of which usually runs through whatever has the longest lead time, not whatever looks hardest.

Concept · budget · critical path
02

Corporate Events & Brand Activation

Annual days, product launches, roadshows, award evenings and consumer activations. The brief is usually a feeling rather than a specification, so the first job is turning it into something that can be priced and built.

Launches · annual days · activations
03

Conferences & MICE

Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. Delegate registration, session scheduling, speaker handling, breakout logistics and the pre-scheduled meeting programmes that make a business event worth attending.

Registration · delegates · programme
04

Exhibitions Management

Organising the floor or occupying it. Exhibitor coordination, floor planning, build and break schedules, and the contractor management that keeps a hall on programme when forty stands are going up at once.

Floor plan · exhibitors · build schedule
05

Booth & Stand Production

Design, fabrication and installation of exhibition stands and brand booths, from shell-scheme dressing to custom double-deck builds. Produced to the organiser's regulations, which vary by venue and are enforced at inspection.

Design · fabrication · install
06

Sports Events

Tournaments, races and mass-participation events. Course and venue setup, competitor registration, timing support, marshalling and the spectator side — which is usually the larger operation of the two.

Tournaments · races · marshalling
07

Venue Sourcing & Management

Finding the right space and then dealing with it — capacity and licensing checks, load-in access, power and rigging limits, and the venue's own rules, which are where most build schedules quietly fail.

Sourcing · access · power · rigging
08

Supplies & Furniture Rental

Staging, seating, tables, marquees, barriers, signage, power distribution and cooling. Delivered, installed, maintained through the event and removed afterwards, which is the part people forget to schedule.

Staging · furniture · barriers · power
09

Permits, Licences & Visas

Event licences for meetings, conventions, exhibitions and entertainment, plus business and visitor visas for incoming crew, speakers and performers. Started early, because approval timelines are not negotiable.

Where we are different

The kit has to get here first.

On an event of any scale, a meaningful share of what you see on the day was on a ship or a plane a fortnight earlier — LED panels, line array, lighting, trussing, stand materials, vehicles, giveaways, sometimes the furniture.

Two things go wrong. Either the paperwork is wrong and the shipment sits in clearance while the build schedule burns, or nobody arranged temporary admission for equipment that is only visiting — and duty gets paid on kit that flies home the following week.

Because customs brokerage is our own business rather than a subcontract, the shipping plan is built backwards from the load-in date and the temporary admission is arranged before the equipment leaves its origin.

What to send for a proposal
  • Date, city and venue — or that you need one found
  • Expected attendance, and whether it is public or invited
  • What you already have contracted, and what is missing
  • Anything arriving from outside the Kingdom
  • Whether the date can move — it usually cannot, and that changes the plan
