Crossworld Constructions — a division of Crossworld Freighters LLC
Contracting division

Concrete, steel, signage and building systems — under one contract.

Crossworld Constructions handles the trades that finish a building and keep it running. Three connected capability groups, one point of contact, and the same accountability our freight business is built on.

The short version

A contractor that already knows how to move things.

Crossworld began in freight. That turns out to matter on site more than it sounds.

Most construction delays are not trade problems. They are supply problems — the steel is at the port, the fittings cleared customs but nobody booked a truck, the specialist material has a six-week lead time nobody flagged. We run a freight forwarding and customs brokerage business out of Jeddah, so the procurement and import side of a package is not something we hand to a third party and hope about.

On the trades themselves we work the way any decent contractor should: scope it properly before quoting, put a named supervisor on it, and tell you early when something has moved.

How we are set up
  • A trading division of Crossworld Freighters LLC, operating under its Saudi commercial registration
  • Based in Jeddah, working across the Kingdom
  • Single contract and single invoice across all three capability groups
  • In-house procurement, import and customs clearance for project materials
  • Specialist trades delivered with vetted subcontract partners where a licence or specific plant is required
What we cover

How it runs

From site visit to handover.

No surprises in the middle. That is the whole objective.

STEP 01

Site visit and scope

We come and look. Drawings and a schedule of works are useful but rarely the whole story, and a quote written off a document alone is a quote that changes later.

STEP 02

Priced proposal

Itemised by trade, with material lead times stated separately from labour. Where something has to be imported, the clearance time is in the programme rather than assumed away.

STEP 03

Execution and handover

A named supervisor, method statements and risk assessments before work starts, and a documented handover — test results, warranties and as-built marks where the trade calls for them.

Send us the drawings, or just tell us what needs doing.

A scope of works, a drawing set or a description in an email — any of them is enough to start.
